I keep saying it's a spring market, though its been a slow burn to spring. We've been sitting at 4600 listings forever and now inched up to over 4800. Come on Spring!
The absorption rate was 5.7 months in January and is now down to 2.7 months--a nicely balanced market and getting closer to a seller's market. Buyer's--get in soon or you'll be missing your 'best buy' window of time.
